I believe in the POWER OF THE unexpected.
I lead a fierce team of creatives, empowering them to evolve the brand while nurturing development for their personal growth. I’m driven by curiosity and critique, staying nimble under constraint and understanding the analytics to drive my approach to design. I believe every now-and-then in the powerful contrast of being tactile in a digital world; making time for a cut and tape inspiration wall is a must. I’ve delivered on the highest expectations for campaigns with significantly minimal budgets. I’ve worked on production through a hurricane, and led photoshoots during the pandemic, keeping my team safe and inspired. I’ve learned patience, resilience and to follow my gut, to pivot concepts last minute for the strategic benefit of the business and to push boundaries for the same reasons. I’ve been fortunate to have been championed by incredible mentors who recognized my fervor for design and typography, trained my eye for meticulous detail, pushed me into the unknown, and enriched my passion for leadership.
Today, I’m searching for my next great adventure. I aspire to help build a brand that values intelligence, creativity and resilience. A place to pay it forward with a team and a company that sees design and designers as a business essential. A place committed to innovation that isn't afraid of change and cares about doing good.
